PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT BINA DESA DI DESA BALUK - JEMBRANA

In the context of the 61st Anniversary of Udayana University, the Chemistry Study Program carried out Community Service activities with Village Development Grant funds from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University in Baluk Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This activity will take place from July to October 2023 and begins with a service with the theme Making Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and its Processing into Aromatherapy Products on Thursday 24 August 2023. This service aims to develop the Mekar Sari Women's Farming Group (KWT) in Banjar Baluk II to produce a product based on regional potential, namely coconuts. From this activity, it is hoped that the KWT community, especially in Baluk Village, can increase the value of coconut as a superior product in Jembrana Regency and can have high economic value in the future. The event was also attended by village officials and district heads as well as several KKN XXVII Udayana University students.
